Relaxing swedish massage

The primary goal is to put you in a relaxed state. We believe that a relaxed body is a relaxed mind. We accomplish this by rubbing the muscles in circular or long gliding strokes. The pressure is applied by the hands and palms, it also includes firm kneading, and percussion-like tapping. Oil or lotion is used to facilitate the massage movement.

Thai Healing Massage

Our authentic Thai healing massage employs stretching, pulling, rocking, techniques and joint mobilization. Hands, knees, legs and feet are used to apply deep muscle compression with tiger palm and moving the body into yoga-like stretching to relieve tension, enhance flexibility and range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is for chronic aches, pain and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. It involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Pain Management Trigger Point Therapy

Help numb the pain with trigger point therapy. Our Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT) have been trained to locate and defuse trigger points. This type of massage is an alternative to pain management and requires the input of the client to maximize the efficiency. You may find that a high-quality CBD oil for sciatica helps with pain management.
